Shipping Policies


- Ordering -

All pricing is in US Dollars. Internet orders can be paid by Discover, Visa , MasterCard, or Paypal. Contact us if you need to pay in another manner. Be sure to include your Credit Card number, expiration date and the cardholder¹s name.  Mail orders have the additional option of paying by check or money order. Contact us is you need more information.

- Shipping -

We will ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Shipping will be via UPS; we will ship to your physical address, not a P.O. Box Address. Most orders are received by you within 10 days.

-Costs-

Orders UNDER $50 pay $6.95 flat rate shipping regardless of how many items are ordered, how many boxes are sent or the weight of the order as long as it is sent to an address in the Continental US. Likewise, orders OVER $50 pays 15% of the order.

Orders shipped will be taxable at 6.25%.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the day the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price.  Orders returned over $50 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. You MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit. Please pre-pay for the shipping and include a note stating your reason for the return. We will credit your account with the purchase price when received..

Please contact us, via e-mail, prior to returning any item for an RMA (Return Authorization) number. An item sent back without an RMA number will not be processed.


Backorder Policy

We do our best to avoid backorders, in order to satisfy you, our customer. If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date. We will either issue you a "credit to your account" or a "refund" for the backordered item should you choose. Charges will be only for the items shipped.


Damaged Goods Policy

All orders are packed with as much care as possible sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that comes in damaged, notify us within 3 days so we can have  another gift sent out, or credit can be given to you for the defective gift.

We require that you send the defective back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS E-mail us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the Original Invoice and Original Packaging material.

We ask for your name and address for shipping purposes and your phone number and email address as contact information in case of any problems that we may encounter fulfilling your order.
