How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping is conducted via UPS, and you should receive the order within 10 days from the Order date.

May I return an item with which I am not satisfied ?

All of our products are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. We ask that you always email us asking for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to any refund.

Refunds without an RMA will NOT be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How much are shipping charges?

Charges of $6.95 for orders under $50.00 may be expected.

Orders above $50.00 pay 15% of the order's total, i.e., $15 for a $100 order.

What are requirements for returns?

Orders returned over $50 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.

Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit.

What if my shipment is damaged?

We require that you send the defective back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS E-mail us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the Original Invoice and Original Packaging material.

Is the informations used in ordering shared with others?

We ask for your name and address for shipping purposes and your phone number and email address as contact information in case of any problems that we may encounter fulfilling your order.
